  1. Great article, Blair! It's so cool that you write for Chictopia's EIU. (Jealous!) Body image in culture today has gotten way out of hand...I think girls should just love their bodies as are! :)

    1. Thanks girl! And I totally agree... Culture has gotten waaay out of hand. What's on the inside should matter far more than what's on the outside :)

  2. It's hard because I think self confidence comes with maturity and age. I feel that a certain moment in life you start to not care what people think of you and you really finally accept that this is the look and body you were given and you accept it. My body has completely changed since having a baby and I am OKAY with never being a size 4 again or even a size 6. It's just not going to happen. But...I feel healthy, and happy and I'm okay with the way I look. It's unfortunate that people can't accept that there are "normal sized" women who love fashion and dressing up too. And like you said, if you are healthy and happy, who cares what size you are! Great article! <3

    1. Amen Toni!!! You said it perfectly -- Self-confidence comes with maturity and age. I think it also helps to have a strong support system of people who love us no matter what and encourage us to embrace our uniqueness! Btw, I love that you're a mom who's totally confident about rocking your personal style. It makes me look forward to being a mom someday! xo
